To start a subscription, choose the "Subscribe & Save 10%" option instead of "One-Time Purchase" when placing your order. Be sure to include at least two subscription items, and select your preferred delivery frequency from the dropdown menu.
Yes! You can cancel or pause anytime. Just log into your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions" under your name, and adjust your active subscriptions as needed. To pause, select “Pause Subscription” at the bottom of the subscription portal.
Once processed, we can’t edit orders. However, if you act quickly, we may be able to cancel it for you. Reach out to us as soon as possible. We also send a reminder email before each subscription order—perfect for last-minute changes.
Check your next shipment date in the subscription portal. Once processed, orders take 24-48 hours to complete.
